Paul has been cutting hair since the age of 12, turning a lifelong passion into a career built on consistency, creativity, and connection. At 18 years old, he began his professional journey through an apprenticeship program at The Men's Club Barbershop, where he spent the next 11 years sharpening his craft, building lasting relationships, and developing the foundation of the barber he is today. In 2015, alongside his wife Ashley, Paul took the leap and opened My-T Sharp Barbering Company. Through hard work, sacrifice, and a commitment to constant growth, the two built more than just a barbershop — they built a brand centered around community, professionalism, and personal connection. Known for blending traditional barbering with modern trends and techniques, Paul approaches the craft with the mindset of mastering the fundamentals so he can push creative boundaries. His passion for the industry extends beyond the chair, with a strong focus on mentorship, education, and helping clients of all ages feel confident every time they leave the shop.

Daniel graduated from Premier Barber Institute in 2018 and has been dedicated to the craft ever since. Having worked alongside Paul for years and currently serving as manager, Daniel has built a reputation for consistency, professionalism, and attention to detail. Passionate about helping people feel confident and look their best, he takes pride in creating a welcoming experience and building genuine relationships with every client who sits in his chair.

Greg took a winding path to barbering. As a trained trumpet player, he spent eleven years as a full-time touring musician. Looking to get off the road, he sought out a career that encouraged creativity and human connection. Barbering was a perfect fit. Using the same discipline and artistic eye that he brings to music, Greg has become a skilled and knowledgeable barber. Greg believes everyone deserves to feel good about their appearance. He strives to help every client feel happier and more confident after every service. He takes pride in building personal connections with his clients and giving them consistency through all the different phases of their lives. Greg is a lover of music, comedy, movies, literature, cooking, baseball, travel, and anything else that gives life flavor.

Ashley graduated from Jean Madeline Aveda Institute in 2004 and has spent over two decades dedicated to the beauty industry and continuing education. With more than 15 years of experience working in high-end salons throughout Ardmore and the Main Line, she has built a strong reputation for professionalism, creativity, and attention to detail. Ashley specializes in color, keratin treatments, and a wide range of chemical services, holding multiple advanced certifications throughout her career. Passionate about helping clients feel confident and beautiful, she combines technical skill with a personalized approach to create looks tailored to each individual. Behind the scenes, Ashley played a major role in helping build My-T Sharp Barbering Company over the past 11 years, handling branding, management, organization, and day-to-day operations alongside Paul. Her dedication, vision, and passion for the industry ultimately led her to open her own space, The Local Comb Havertown, where she continues to bring her experience, creativity, and welcoming energy to every guest who walks through the door.
